Steve Rast brings over 20 years of experience in project management, consulting, and international defense, with a strong track record in ecosystem development. Steve has been working with Talon's Reach Foundation in many capacities since the organization established in Montana and he takes his role on the advisory board with gravitas.  A former U.S. Marine Reconnaissance veteran, Steve is an active volunteer in his Bozeman, MT community. He holds a B.S. in Planning, Public Policy & Management and an MBA in Healthcare Management, along with a PMP certification since 2017.
